компания "верофарм" job responsibilities: develop and maintain belgorod quality system. continuous improvement of qa/qc organization. team motivation & effective organization. communication with regulatory authorities (e.g. quality events- recalls/withdrawals), management team and regional qa. assess the (future) impact of trends and changes in governmental policies and regulations, on the abbott (epd) business within own perimeter. ensure on time product disposition; new product introductions; validation; auditing; qa it systems. keep current about developments within related domains of expertise, via literature, conferences and contacts with universities, business schools. job requirements: at least 6 years in the pharmaceutical industry and/or government regulatory agency. experience in conducting and handling audits and inspections. strong knowledge of relevant regulations for quality systems and compliance great managerial skills, high people agility. general knowledge of technical, chemical and pharmaceutical processes, validation procedures and analytical methodology. capable of understanding and overcoming different cultural and language obstacles to provide solutions that satisfy corporate, regional, and local objectives. capable of analyzing data to support the development of strategies to effectively manage the action plans that will resolve the issues. excellent verbal and written communication skills, and project management skills. strategic agility, conceptual thinking, business awareness. must be fluent in russian and advanced english.
