Team Lead DevOps (Infrastructure)

компания "dins" as a sre infrastructure team leader of 6 people, you will contribute individually and participate in the day-to-day responsibilities of your team. sre infrastructure group is responsible for stability of 40+ on-prem and 100+ kubernetes clusters in aws, highly available dns infrastructure and other infrastructure services. responsibilities: plan, control, manage, communicate operational activities of the group, workload and availability; create and maintain group processes and documentation; synchronize and provide clear communication with parts of the group in other regions; definition of scope, goals and deliverables for internal projects; analyze team metrics and build process for constant improvement; lead investigations of production incidents and problems till resolution; actively developing and growing individuals through 1-1 discussions, mentoring and training. expectations: at least 1 year experience managing the teams; experience automating tasks and writing tools in a scripting language (e. g. python, go); good understanding and practice at linux os administration; organisational and workload management capabilities; ability to understand and troubleshoot complex problems under pressure; sense of ownership and drive to improve production operations; ability to conceptualise, launch and deliver multiple it projects on time; fluency in english language (must have at least intermediate level). technology stack: os: centos, oracle linux, amazon linux 2; ci/cd: ansible, terraform, gitlab; programming: python, go; hardware: bare-metal, on-premise vmware cloud, aws cloud. conditions: work for foreign company (georgia), further relocation to spain; relocation bonus; well-coordinated professional team; cutting edge technologies, interesting and challenging tasks, dynamic project, great opportunities for self-realization, professional and career growth; job placement and payment of salary take place according to the labor code, as well as vacation and sick lists; corporate training programs, english language courses.
