Health and Safety Coordinator

компания "kaz minerals russia llc" kaz minerals russia is looking for potential candidates for the position of health and safety coordinator. structural division: hss department report to: health and safety supervisor requirements: higher (or postgraduate) education for relevant profession; minimum of 4 years of relevant hse experience in the production/mining industry and/or relevant previous experience at an appropriate level in the construction environment some exploration experience would be an advantage; proficient in ms office applications; english — fluent. responsibilities: implementation, overseeing and enforcement of the company health, safety and environmental (hse) program for the peschanka copper project. monitoring all field activities including but not limited to (exploration, drilling, earthworks, archeological excavations, mechanical, electrical, pre/commissioning, ports etc.) for hse compliance. conducting site induction training classes & lead competent person training workshops (if required), maintain files and records, support with the issuing weekly and monthly reports. performing work area inspections/audits and follow up / close corrective actions. provide support to relevant site safety campaigns, including leading indicator programs. reviewing, approving and/or providing job safety, hazard analysis, risk assessments (ra), field level risk assessments (flra), daily safe task instruction (dsti) and work permits. participating and/or leading incident investigations to ensure that root causes are identified and corrective measures to prevent similar occurrence are effectively implemented. all other hse daily, weekly tasks and reporting required to assure compliance with the laws of the russian federation hse regulations and kaz minerals russia (gdk baimskaya) policy and procedures. support hse committee, field hse coaching, hse coaching, and participate in other meetings as required. conditions: direct contract with kaz minerals russia llc; work schedule: rotation (1,5 / 1,5 months); competitive salary; medical insurance; laundry and catering are available on site; travel allowance; laptop, mobile phone; location: site-based, rotation to chukotka.
