компания "эдутех" we are a branch of the international network of training centres operating across 5 countries and 58 cities. we have had a new school in the uk since 2020. the team at our training centre in london is looking for an english-speaking sales manager, with the potential of becoming head of sales. the requirements of the position include communicating with potential students from the uk, advising on vocational course programmes, enrolment, and payment support. we believe in two things: 1) the most effective form of teaching has not changed in the last thousand years. that is the master/pupil relationship. efficient communication between them is the only way to transfer knowledge. our task is to help to achieve this communication seamlessly. 2) the exchange of information and knowledge can be done online or offline. it is critical to use the most effective and appropriate method. for example, hairdressing can only be taught by physically practising on models, with a tutor beside you showing you what to do. it cannot be done online. a training centre is required. digital marketing, on the other hand, is perfectly suited to online tuition. it is important that our students are not made false promises and are made aware that we only use the training medium appropriate to their educational requirements. are you interested in joining a start-up that aims to provide effective online learning with real people? are you inspired to work on a project with the potential to grow to millions of enrolled students? if yes, donchr(39)t wait and get in touch. your responsibilities will be: briefly: to sell our courses effectively. to convert all leads received into signed-up clients. for this you will need to: ⁃ develop functional communication with inbound leads through all modes of contact (calls on ip-telephony, correspondence in messengers, emails, zoom meetings); ⁃ work with the sales funnel, using methods to optimise the rate of conversion to sign-ups; ⁃ collaborate with the product and marketing team: increase sales funnel levels, emailings, messengers, service programme, all possible tools to bring the lead to the "paid booking and loyal student" status. - assist learners in choosing the payment method best for them for booking the course, and payment control; - give learners assistance with educational products; - keep a daily record of communication with clients promptly in the database; - maintain a progress report and track daily personal kpi. in our view you would be an ideal candidate if you have the following experience: 2-3 years in online education / info-business / digital marketing / digital agencies / e-commerce and digital b2c companies as a sales manager. remote work place. full-time schedule 5/2 with work shift on saturday/sunday. be competent in: have strong knowledge of sales techniques (hot and cold leads), how to work with objections, client follow-up timing, understand the importance of multiple lead tracking and communication. strong recruitment and negotiation skills. we use crm, google docs, microsoft (excel, powerpoint, and word) daily - you must be digitally savvy. and your personal qualities meet the following criteria: if required, you are willing to roll up your sleeves and throw yourself into the fray to figure out the details and build the sales process from scratch to perfection; you are able to "inspire colleagues to success" by your example; understand how important speed is in a start-up; you wonchr(39)t shift responsibility to another person if there is a malfunction and the planned task isnchr(39)t solved. benefits: working in start-up mode: there is no bureaucracy, the results are visible here and now, and you still think you can move mountains; the ability to build a sales team from scratch, the freedom to communicate and build your own micro-climate; the opportunity to work remotely at an international company from anywhere in the world. if you think this position is for you, we look forward to receiving your cv. if you realise that your job background doesnchr(39)t really correlate with the requirements of the position, but youchr(39)re still sure you can pull it off, please write a covering letter telling us why.
