компания "dataart" клиент the client is an australian-based company that specializes in providing compliant online solutions for the financial services sector with a key focus on helping clients to engage with investors and public stakeholders. the client offers platforms that inform, engage, acquire and transact with investors, intermediaries and issuers. приглашаем в компанию, а не в проект особенности проекта we are helping to migrate the current system’s infrastructure to aws cloud using a service oriented architecture. the project includes migration, refactoring, development of new services, optimization and speeding up of deployment, and customization of the system. создаем среду, свободную от ограничений даем сосредоточиться на работе команда managing the team of 5-6 engineers primarily located in kazakhstan, and working directly with the multiple client stakeholders. помогаем развиваться в профессии особенности позиции we are looking for a project manager to join an existing team on one of the key roles in this engagement. the project’s success directly depends on how efficiently scope, timelines and risks are managed, tracked and aligned with all stakeholders. in this team, a project manager supports the scrum process, and plays the scrum master role for the team. since the client is from australia, the working hours are shifted to the morning and first part of the day. responsibilities establishing and supporting agile processes and activities to create a supportive, collaborative and effective environment for the team and stakeholders, including coaching the dataart team and client on agile best practices helping the team and dedicated product owner to collect and manage the stakeholder’s expectations and requirements mentoring the team and striving for excellence in project delivery building relations with all levels of customer stakeholders leading all planning and tracking activities facilitating risk management activities enabling communications and information exchange with other teams removing project impediments to help the team achieve optimal performance and satisfaction providing project status visibility to the team and stakeholders at various levels partnering with dataart’s hr team to help team members build and adjust their professional development plans working on constant process improvements to achieve higher satisfaction for the team and greater value to the client requirements 3+ years of experience in managing it projects or working as a project manager 1+ year of experience in a scrum mater role experience working in it outsourcing or consulting companies with large enterprise customers experience working with agile methodologies: scrum, kanban, xp, etc. in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle leadership and people management skills: motivation, evaluation, conflict resolution practical knowledge of using defect/task tracking systems and project reporting tools experience with risk management activities client communication skills: expectation management, feedback gathering, discussing requirements proactive mindset good spoken and written english, ability to create project documentation in english expertise or desire to deep-dive into financial domain will be a plus experience in pre-sales and proposal preparation experience managing a group of projects familiarity with the finance domain
