Strong Middle Power BI Engineer (Investment Management Services)

компания "dataart" client our client is one of the worldchr(39)s largest investment funds that manages hundreds of billions of dollars. the companychr(39)s business is focused on several areas: private equity, venture capital, real assets, investment solutions, and global market strategies. project overview dataart specialists work on the project in several areas related to the core business of the client. we are helping to develop a decision support system for investment analysts. the project includes development, optimization, and speeding up applications and databases. team the project team consists of 20 people on the dataart side and 15 people on the clientchr(39)s side that are divided into 3 scrum teams (consisting of .net developers, qas and bas). position overview we are looking for a highly experienced strong middle power bi engineer to work on high-level business cases with clients from the financial services. responsibilities working/building various dashboards using power bi build and maintain various etl processes building reports help with the deployment and support of newly introduced features work with the qa team, bug fixing task estimation requirements extensive experience with reporting using power bi practical experience working with ms sql server and t-sql sql queries optimization experience working with dataflows with heterogeneous data sources solid experience with etl/elt tools or custom pipelines knowledge of data warehouse (dwh) and data modeling principles experience working with foreign clients good spoken english nice to have experience working on projects in the financial sector (hedge fund, investment fund, or similar) experience working with aws data lake knowledge of bash scripts ability to work with documentation ability to work with versioning tools (git)
