компания "hilti россия" hilti provides leading-edge tools, technologies, software and services power the global construction industry, including some of the world’s most ambitious feats of engineering. to deliver these innovative solutions to our customers, we’re looking for dedicated, high-performing people to join our team. russian consumables development and supply (rcds) - cross-functional team of experts who market, design and source high-quality engineered products for russia/cis customers. product portfolio includes installation and façade systems, mechanical anchors, abrasive discs. key tasks: develop and align long term strategy for relevant regional footprint of supply category feed strategy into global supply category and rcds supply strategy deploy and implement rcds supply strategy execute supply market research and supplier selection manage escalations and mitigate risks in supply chain foster relationships to suppliers in close collaboration with responsible supply managers. enhance supply base and build long-term partnerships with key suppliers. manage all relevant interfaces to internal stakeholders (f&p bu’s, mo’s and pmo). ensure proper support and early involvement of supply in relevant ttm and scrum projects. monitor relevant raw material indexes and take proactive countermeasures maintain sla factbase and hold suppliers accountable for performance targets step-in at interim in case of open position in assigned supply team. take ownership for all supply related commitments and contracts signed by rcds (power of attorney). contribute to global targets and supply strategy of f&p bu’s represented in rcds. requirements: university graduation in engineering or business administration 3-5 years working experience in a purchasing department of a global company excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working strong in execution and maintaining as day to day contact with suppliers outstanding capability in negotiation management and relationship management experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders english upper intermediate additional languages are beneficial we offer: competitive salary and bonus full benefits package (medical insurance, corporate car, mobile phone) hybrid work schedule opportunities for professional development in a fast-growing international company
