компания "кимберли-кларк" do you have revenue management or business analysis experience? we are looking for an rgm analyst to support israel and central eastern europe (cee)! you will partner with rm leads to enable the delivery of the revenue growth management (rgm) process, deploying methodology within the rgm framework to identify net revenue and profitable growth opportunities across: main accountabilities: support the identification of opportunities within specific markets x category cohorts to be executed within the year, ensuring this is reflected in the quarterly forecast submission, and contribute to building a 3 year pipeline of opportunities for execution in following years to enable sustainable growth. ability to use power bi, sql and python to complete thorough analysis across rgm levers, maximizing the use of the automated playbooks and building new analytical capability to improve decision making. build trust and influence stakeholders (sales, finance, category and marketing teams) through networking, appropriate work plans, rgm reviews and steering committees. align stakeholders to identified opportunities and gain commitment to plans through submission in quarterly forecast cycles. support in the creation of commercial execution plans, ensuring there is clarity amongst the commercial teams of what is expected, and how we will deliver the opportunities identified. develop and maintain a network of revenue management / commercial strategy leads and ba’s within bu to share methodology, learnings and accelerate adoption of successful initiatives. collaborate with local teams to create the measurement and tracking of execution and results of each initiative. review and understand cause of deviation from results; share learnings with broader team for course correction. build deeper expertise in rgm for 1 of 2 sectors (family care or personal care), feed into and help develop playbooks and best practices for sharing across rgm team, markets and regional sector teams. experience / qualification: demonstrable experience in business analysis, financial planning and reporting, collaboration with, or exposure to, revenue management, commercial strategy and category management functions. in-depth experience in working with financial and category / market data to identify commercial / rm opportunities. previous commercial project experience with emphasis on leading / influencing change through data. competent in use of power bi, sql and python experience with managing financial budgeting, project and risk, along with experience in direction of business operations, policies and performance. knowledge of quantitative business analysis. understanding key elements of revenue management (pricing strategy, price pack architecture, mix management, promotion optimization, gross 2 net or discounts and allowance optimization and customer trading strategies) advanced english and russian language is a must. hebrew will be a plus.
