компания "lc waikiki" about us lc waikiki retail company is a leading fashion retail company with a turnover of $ 3 billion. lc waikiki’s journey started in france in 1988, continuing after 1997 as a turkish brand under the umbrella of lc waikiki mağazacılık hizmetleri ticaret a.ş. today lc waikiki trades in more than 1209 stores in 56 countries, with the company’s philosophy that “everyone deserves to dress well” enabling people to enjoy accessible fashion through quality products at affordable prices. there are nearly 3000 people working at lc waikiki’s corporate office, more than 42,000 people in turkey and abroad. lc waikiki aims to be the one of the 3 most successful ready-made clothing brands in europe by 2023. key responsibilities: 1. conducts and enables conduct of the orientation processes of the position under the responsibility. follows up the orientation processes. 1.1. prepares orientation program for manager and upper positions. 1.2. submits the orientation program prepared for the positions up to manager to the relevant department. 1.3. follows up the orientation programs for all positions. 2.determines the training and development needs of the positions under the responsibility; determines the organizational, professional, personal and managerial training needs; designs the training in accordance with the needs, prepares the training plans by determining the internal and external training resources, provides training and demands/follows up necessary organization-documentation processes. 2.1. determines the training needs by using training need analysis methods (survey, interview, etc.). 2.2. determines the organizational, professional, personal and managerial development needs. 2.3. determines the training methods in accordance with the needs and designs the trainings. 2.4. seeks for the external training resources. 2.5. prepares the training plans and programs. 2.6. makes the training organizations. 2.7. provides the trainings. 2.8. creates, supports creation and keeps up-to-date of training materials (books, presentations, course notes, etc.), 2.9. tracks and reports compulsory trainings. 3.participates in, applies and follows up the processes of preparation of promotion-education, training and development programs in order to contribute the professional and behavioral development of positions under the responsibility and to provide human resources to the open positions in accordance with the company’s needs. 3.1. creates the calendar and budget for the annual promotion and training programs. 3.2. creates and checks the training records after the trainings are performed. 3.3. applies and tracks the training and development programs for the current head office and store managing staff. 4.creates, applies and tracks assessment and evaluation instruments to be used for assessment and development of the training programs. 4.1. creates and applies the assessment and evaluation instruments for the promotion and training programs. 4.2. tracks the developments of the participating candidates during the program and guides the candidates. 4.3. supports the creation processes of scm, hs, hctraining, store 2nd manager training, executive candidate training and development programs performed under the promotion-education process. 4.4. makes the organization of professional competency tests to be applied to the candidates after the training programs, prepares the test questions, applies the tests and evaluates the test results: 4.5. determines the improvement areas in accordance with the evaluations on the program and takes part in the improvement-development works. 4.6. creates, support creation, applies and tracks the results of assessment and evaluation instruments for all training under the responsibility. requirements: education & language skills university degree in a relevant field fluent in english (both written & verbal), turkish will be a plus professional expertise minimum 3 years of the same experience knowledge of ms office programs effective use of power point, and excel lc waikiki store operation process knowledge must be able to travel up to 80% of the time. behavioral competencies: building trust; customer oriented; continuous learning and development; quality (result) oriented; adjustment (flexibility); team working; planning and organization.
