компания "бсх бытовые приборы" we are earching for the system engineers who will support our system of the home appliance (hca) remote control and management. in this role candidate will be responsible for overall system and platform support, resolve the incidents and manage the changes and problem solving. will be responsible for establishing the monitoring and further maintenance of the system. will work in the team of the it engineers and system administrators in order to make a better service and proper support. responsibilities - monitor platform stability & performance (set up and maintenance of monitoring tools included) - search for anomalies - deployments via jenkins / building deployment pipelines - log analysis if possible (we are not devs) - config changes on cloud foundry - as well as some maintenances agreed with devs / lando - checking hcs tickets assigned to team - so there depends - check logs/perform initial bug analysis on hca/ take care of security patches etc - manage the accounts: check logs / create admin tools accounts /updаtеcredentials/ change some configs - perform platform deployments and configuration changes. - strive for automation, because that makes your life easier - support and/or drive problem solving processes - take an active part in creation of operational procedures - solve incidents / work on platform related tasks - build knowledge base for yourself and the team - active support for project clients - work closely with development and support teams technical requirements - knowledge of jenkins - at least basic network knowledge (routing / dns/ web sockets / network traffic rules) - experience in log analysis - ability to build / work with monitoring tools - basics of programming / scripting /creation of automation scripts - work experience with version control systems - ability to understand software architectures and correlations between systems - good communication skills, english, - linux / bash, ci/cd (jenkins, bamboo), git / other version control systems - grafana, kibana (elk stack), prometheus, mongodb - jira, confluence (atlassian package) - basics of cloud solutions (yandex cloud) - knowledge of lando is a plus soft skills requirements - strong problem-solving skills - person that likes to share his/her thoughts and to question technical solutions - working experience in agile environment is a plus - passion for technology - team player we offer - competitive salary and bonus scheme - social package (medical insurance, meals compensation and mobile) - professional and friendly team. possibility to work remotely. gibrid format.
