компания "atsal" we are atsal, an hr consulting & recruitment agency operating in russia, cis and europe. our client is a start up, subsidiary from a foreign private equity, launching a new sustainable and convenient hosiery brand for moscow market. our client is looking for a marketing manager to join their recently created moscow team. missions - create from scratch the new brand identity and awareness. - determine the primary marketing strategy objectives and the companychr(39)s personas. - design and execute online and offline marketing strategy / methods. - run swot (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analyses. - build the adequate online content (newsletter, blog articles, social media…). - analyze trends to continually improve strategic and creative content development. - participation in creative meetings and brainstorms with company’s ceo. - report directly to company’s operational ceo. the good profile - higher education. - a sucessfull experience in russia is mandatory, ideally in the same position or in a start-up. - at least 5 years of experience. - strong organisational skills. - good listener, customer centric, team player - good command of english. conditions - official employment, in accordance with russian labour code. - fix salary + bonus. - position base in moscow, moscow city. - stand alone position .- strong growth perspective.
