компания "travelline" travelline is an international it company with offices all over the world: estonia, bulgaria, indonesia, russia, belarus, thailand, kazakhstan, kyrgyzstan. we create online solutions and websites for hotels, helping them to simplify their workflow and earn more. our services are used by 8000 clients from simple apartments to the most famous large hotels up to 1700 rooms. we are looking for a person who will join our international growth team and help us build from scratch and support new company branches in different countries. area of responsibilities: the main focus is analyzing and developing our employees’ performance in the apac region and elaborating ways of their effectiveness increasement. we are looking for a pro-active and experienced sales manager who can effectively control subordinates, execute sales plans and participate in regional sales strategy creation. also our abdms should do: supervise sales teams to direct their operations and supporting them through the process of target realization; monitor the performance of sales staff and providing coaching to address employee inability; present periodic reports to company directors on sales operations; conduct research to identify new product opportunities and trending consumer needs; ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures; develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service and quality of service. carry out sales forecast to determine company financial objectives and target market for a product/service; interviewing, hiring and training of sales staff. organize reporting system; requirements: 3+ years b2b sales experience with managerial background; experience in the hospitality or technology industry for hoteliers would be a plus; knowledge of key hoteliers in the country would be a plus; strong communication skills, both written and verbal english; comfortable with crm and computer software; desire to earn a lot; client focus, communication skills, readiness for an intense rhythm of work be prepared for business trips to apac region several times per year; what we offer: competitive salary based on experience commissions depend on the number of new clients and sales volume great room for growth within the company fast-paced, ever-growing start-up environment with full support from the established international team business trips if you’re interested in the position, send us your cv with a brief self-introduction story and we’ll get back to you shortly.
