компания "lanck telecom" lanck telecom team has been working on global telecommunication market for more than 20 years. our main projects are related to the development of solutions for international operators, voice data and sms services. and also we create unique niche products for our clients. lanck telecom is a distributed team of professionals, using modern technology stack and all actual tools for effective work. what you will need to do (voice calls, authorization calls, enterprise calls, roaming): maintain voice lcrs, including analyzing incoming pricing and making routing decisions to match price and quality requirements for each product monitor live traffic profiles in and out to check for traffic patterns and streaming, quality of service provided and bandwidth capacity produce and maintain reporting tools/alerts for team’s use commercial input on project to develop new routing and reporting system second point of contact for sales internally and partners externally ensure numbering plan updated on a monthly basis lead projects to define supplier trouble ticketing process including priorities and internal escalation routes based around various inputs develop the region in terms of traffic volumes, new streams, vendors, costs managing processes between sales and engineering related to network management constant improving of current processes we will work together if: you have experience in telecommunications (mobile, ip-telephony, internet telecommunication technologies, working with telecom operators, roaming); higher technical education; you are able to work extremely carefully with numbers, with a very large number of figures; you like order in your work and always structure the information you receive; you like to be confronted with new and interesting tasks, and you take responsibility for your assignments and always follow through on everything; you are able to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them; you are able to work productively on several tasks at the same time and are able to concentrate ; you think in terms of metrics and results in numbers, not in abstract categories; you have an intermediate or higher level of english (written,oral). we offer: hybrid work format; support for professional development (participation fees in training conferences, webinars); medical insurance; sports activities: volleyball, soccer, table tennis, kicker; exciting corporate events.
