компания "lanck telecom" lanck telecom team has been working on global telecommunication market for more than 20 years. our main projects are related to the development of solutions for international operators, voice data and sms services. and also we create unique niche products for our clients. lanck telecom is a distributed team of professionals, using modern technology stack and all actual tools for effective work. what you will need to do: based on existing vendor base, support routing of a2p traffic across multiple products offered by the company in the international marketplace; monitor and optimize a2p traffic flows using available tools to improve routing performance; maintaining service quality, identifying and classifying issues, and working on route stability and resiliency; ensuring sufficient service margins; vendor testing, level 2 escalation on customer tickets; analysis of networks/destinations on demand, search for suitable price and quality operators for traffic aggregation (based on existing base); downloading of data from different sources, summary and analysis by statistical methods; analysis of traffic sources for destinations in the targeting group; providing assistance to internal divisions of the company; interaction with rnd to develop new analytical tools, modules, reports; working with the sales team to drive traffic, assisting with complex sales efforts we will work together if: you have experience in telecommunications (mobile, ip-telephony, internet telecommunication technologies, working with telecom operators, roaming); for you the concepts of a2p, p2a, sender and mccmnc are not an empty word; you have higher technical education; you are proactive; you know how to work extremely carefully with numbers, with quantity of numbers; you like order in your work and always structure the information you receive; you like to be confronted with new and interesting tasks, and you are very responsible and always follow through with your assignments; you are able to make decisions independently and take responsibility for them; you can work productively on several tasks at the same time; you think in terms of numbers and results, not abstract concepts; your level of english (written/oral) is intermediate or above. we offer: hybrid work format; support for professional development (participation fees in training conferences, webinars); medical insurance; sports activities: volleyball, soccer, table tennis, kicker; exciting corporate events.
