компания "втб капитал" our goal and mission vtb capital’s goal is to be russia’s investment banking powerhouse. we want to be the firm that is a natural choice for all russian investment banking and asset management products. our mission is to exceed client expectations by providing first class financial services. to create value for the benefit of our clients and for economic and social progress globally. the position being an integral part of vtbc investments, real estate and structured funds department provides support of funds of different categories including real estate funds relating to professional activity on real estate market. the principal role of this position is a supporting function to fund managers in the department during the process of management of different assets which can be inside the funds. job holder is expected to perform daily responsibilities thoroughly and timely, to provide all necessary information to internal and external users, also to achieve maximum effectiveness in process of fund management supporting in a regular basis. principal responsibilities analyzes and selects new investment opportunities in real estate; originates fund structures, supports fund raising and client communication; executes investment deals for the funds under operations; implements asset, property and facility management functions for the properties under management; performs fund divestment and cash distribution to fund’s investors. key competencies & qualifications the position requires a person holding university degree and having working experience (incl. internship programs) in banking/finance/investing branch for at least 3 years. the person will be also obliged to know laws, other normative acts, relating to the activity of department, and the company in whole, including civil code of rf, federal laws, especially fl 156 ‘about invest funds’ and “about joint-stock companies”, fcsm and bank of russia orders. experience of work with programs microsoft word, microsoft excel, microsoft outlook, legal search system ‘ consultant plus”, at the level of experienced user. strong communication and negotiation skills. should be a good team player. strong risk management skills as well as be able to work in a multi-task environment. benefit package official employment competitive salary professional training and development voluntary medical insurance for employee and their family members, life and health insurance, banking products on attractive terms sport and corporate events ability to build your career in the leading russian investment bank
