Head of C&B and Labor Cost Analytics

компания "savencia" belebeyevsky dairy plant, which is the part of the french group of companies, is looking for head of c&b and labor cost analytics. our company is known for such brands as belebeevsky, belster, grandblu, supreme. in the russian market the group has both commercial and industrial operations represented by the trading company and cheese plant in belebey, republic of bashkortostan. now we are one of the leaders in cheese production. in connection with the expansion of our presence in the market, we are looking for specialists who are ready to develop with us, solving complex and interesting tasks. the mission that we carry out every day: “leading the way to better food”. head of c&b and labor cost analytics responsibilities: 1. contribute to the industrial performance improvement of the plant via: support in org.design and tpm+ activities: analysis and optimization of production processes and business processes; development and implementation of activities to improve processes; rationing of the number of production personnel; identification of reserves and development of recommendations for calculating and optimizing the number of employees; 2. implement grading system for workers tarifs calculation ; remuniration system 3. develop and implement an effective bonus system for diffrent type of jobs in the plant. 4. support hr director with the operational and analytics tasks in russia as well as support local hr manager with c&b guidelines and processes execution : year-end process (merit review & annual bonus); employee cost budgeting process; job evaluation; market data analysis; group and local reporting and analytics 5. ensure payroll input data quality; 6. ensure the labor legislation is respected in the area of responsibility 7. lead subordinates (2 people) required qualifications: excellent analytical skills and attention to details strong communication skills. knowledge of legislative and regulatory legal acts, methodological materials on the organization of remuneration and production management, labor legislation, labor economics, economics and organization of production; development of work plans, calendar plans for the revision of norms, a system of labor indicators, methods of their analysis and accounting; knowledge of forms and systems of remuneration, material and moral incentives; knowledge of methods of labor rationing, the procedure for the development of labor standards, provisions on bonuses; knowledge of methods for determining the number of employees, tariff and qualification directories of jobs and professions of workers and positions of employees, methods of accounting and analysis of labor and wage indicators, the procedure for charging works, employees and workers, setting the categories of workerschr(39) wages and official salaries of employees, surcharges and coefficients to wages; knowledge of 1c zup, ms office, excel at the level of an experienced user (pivot tables, complex formulas). background high education – preferably in economics, maths more than 2 year of experience as labor economist / c&b manager in the production conditions: competitive compensation annual bonus life insurance corporate sim-card location: belebey, ufa region, bashkortostan. relocation is required.
