компания "savencia" revenue growth management manager/revenue controlling manager we are currently looking for a leader of revenue management initiatives related to: pricing, promotions, assortment (and trade terms) in close coordination with sales, marketing and finance departments. this person will be a contact person for top management regarding topline actions. responsibilities: rgm process implementation establish, adapt and communicate rgm processes, methodologies and raci to the reality of the organization to ensure an effective and efficient execution define execution rules and approval process for exceptions on pricing, promotions, right assortment and trade terms develop and maintain rgm processes and tools continuous evaluation of rgm processes and methodologies to identify improvement opportunities coordination and project management evaluate, develop, coordinate and lead all rgm plans of the organization that will guide revenue growth strategies and help meet company objectives. identify and assess risks that could jeopardize meeting objectives define and implement rgm roadmaps. project manager for pricing and promotions projects challenge and test ideas and proposals from sales and marketing teams. manage escalation process reporting and monitoring monitor the organization rgm performance with established kpis and take corrective actions if necessary to ensure objectives are met in quality and time report to/align with top level management on topline initiatives knowledge development outlook, guide and mentor rgm analysts to ensure a healthy development of the team coordinate and provide guidance cross-functionally, to sales, marketing and finance teams, in order to tailor rgm strategies and actions, ensuring alignment with category and brand strategies and objectives identify and propose rgm mid and long term organizational needs in terms of resources (people and technology) and desired incorporation time collect internal best-practices and external benchmarks continually observe market/competition to monitor key kpis and for wider business intelligence conduct market research and simulations on recommendations (pricing, promotions, assortment, trade terms) pricing monitor and track price positioning in the market (own and competitors). investigate outliers and trends oversee all pricing activities: price list changes, prices for new products, price increases, price optimization enforce pricing processes and rules, and identify process improvement opportunities. ensure coherence of pricing architecture in the portfolio monitor pricing proposalschr(39) compliance with the overall pricing strategy and target brand positioning (and, if needed, pricing processes) track implementation of price recommendations and coordinate pricing-related functions (marketing, sales, finance) pricing sparring and consulting of all relevant stakeholders in any pricing tasks apply/develop pricing tools promotions monitor and track promo dynamics in the market (own and competitors) perform post-mortem analysis of promotions to evaluate their performance track key performance kpis and report to relevant stakeholders. monitor actual performance vs plan maintain repository of past promotional performance develop promotional guidelines by channel, retailer, brand – to be used for promo planning and promo budget allocation develop promotional plans together with sales and marketing support marketing and sales teams in definition of promotional strategy aligned with brand/company strategy apply/develop promo tools assortment identify portfolio opportunities and threats, including changing influence factors on pricing strategy and setting (especially competitorschr(39) price moves) review pack-price white spaces in the market to identify opportunities define the right assortment by channel and provide recommendations on distribution assess performance of portfolio (rotation, distribution) and conduct abcd analysis to identify best/worst performers trade terms assess current trade terms structures by account. build repository of trade terms (commercial view) recommend list of trade terms based on performance and recommended levels of discount. simulate different trade terms scenarios and impact to own and retailer p&l support account managers with data and analyses to build their story to the trade requirements: high education (finance, business, economics) 5-7 years of experience in revenue growth management, marketing, commercial, product controlling or finance in consumer goods industry good knowledge of microsoft office, nielsen data good knowledge of english language (french will be a plus) good communication and presentation skills experience in developing pricing and promotional strategies, pricing optimizationknowledge of cost management advanced analytical, modelling skills, ability to understand cross functional business processes strategic thinking, leadership skills ability to prioritize and meet dead-lines, results -oriented negotiation skills and ability to influence sr. management we offer: great friendly team of
