компания "ilf kazakhstan" responsibilities monitoring of the volumes of work performed, prepare on daily, weekly, monthly basis for submittal to the company information on the quality and physical volume of work. perform quantity survey tasks for all disciplines and report the progress versus afc drawings. monitoring of work progress on the site in accordance with the project schedule. notifying his supervisor of any identified delays and providing recommendations on further actions to eliminate such delays. inspection and acceptance of the completed work scope by the contractor in the presence of executed as-built documents, by signing monthly acceptance certificates. monitoring of the distribution by the epc contractor of construction resources taking into account the required priorities for implementation of the construction schedule and providing recommendations on any required corrective action in cases where a lack of resources can negatively impact the schedule. participate in weekly progress review meetings to monitor trends in the schedule implementation and work progress, to identify bottlenecks and delays and anticipate future activities to be completed. competency requirements: knowledge and experience in international pmc contracts related to the development and management of epc contracts. experience in quantity survey, schedule planning, progress monitoring and reporting. experience in major onshore or offshore oil & gas projects, or for major oil company or epc contractor. good understanding of project requirements as a basis for monitoring and reporting on epc contractor’s schedule and cost performance. good knowledge of computer based systems including, microsoft office applications (excel sheets and formulas) and planning tools, primavera p6 and ms project. ability to read and understand design drawings education: higher technical education in the field of activity or equivalent is minimum requirement. master degree in relevant field and or professional accreditation from pmi kind of project management associations preferred. language skills: knowledge of english language is not lower than upper-intermediate level. .russian language knowledge is an optional. professional experience: min 8 years’ experience in comparable position in oil & gas projects. ​
