компания "виэфэс бай" vfs global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is looking for client relationship manager (mission spoc). we are looking for a qualified client relationship manager/ key accounts manager for a mission to manage the overall business coordination for certain government/mission in the region including growing business, revenue optimization, new business opportunities. responsibilities: liaise with and act as a spoc for certain governments/missions as a client relationship manager/key accounts manager for a mission present vfs global to clients through direct communication via face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails etc. develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new income sources / contracts including vas (value add services) develop, manage and monitor the revenue optimization efforts for the region and the client managed understand the customer’ requirements and map the same to the existing offerings of the organization ensure adherence to prescribed procedures set down by the mission for operations and sales assistance in analyzing business needs to identify new opportunities over and above the present core businesses possess thorough understanding of vfs global’s service offerings and capabilities. required knowledge and skills: bachelor’s degree, preferably in international relations excellent negotiation and communication skills experience with client management skills gr experience is an advantage the ability to read, write and speak polish fluently is critical. fluent in english (written and verbal) intention for professional development good self-management and self-presentation we offer: competitive salary medical insurance unique working international environment career opportunities and professional development an international company proactive friendly team a comfortable location in the center of minsk.
