компания "bolashak atyrau" responsibilities: allocates preservation activities within mcplus in accordance with the project approved preservation matrix and preservation maintenance requirements. maintains preservation issuing and retrieval system through project drives. works with preservation coordinators to verify submitted documentation used for tracking of preservation assist mcplus coordinator to systemize preservation scope of works in mcplus hierarchy maintain pmr index and provide report of the data metrics for monthly reports assists mcplus specialists in closing. requirements: proficient in english – kazak – russian reading and writing reports for interaction with a diverse working team ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors good understanding of the following systems completion, preservation & turnover processes. experienced in operational, site infrastructure, gathering and modularization turnover procedures, turnover dossier procedure, punch list procedure. good understanding of engineering drawings proficient skills in adobe acrobat pro - ms office 2007- 2010 as minimum (excel, word, ppt, etc) for efficient job performance; systems technologies: familiarity with pol system to be able to download as-built drawings and other construction data general understanding of the mcplus system and support the turnover team to ensure accurate walkdown punch items list is available in the system building competencies & performance management: review of the project preservation procedure and makes sure the procedure is updated when required liaises with company and contractor reps to updаtеweekly reporting preservation information liaises with project construction, operations and contractor to make sure the preservation requirements are completed and mc plus system data is updated for reporting to management prepares and maintains the preservation files and ensures updates and status is correctly reflected. communication: reports the preservation 90 day look ahead is updated and the preservation activities status and issues at the project construction weekly progress meetings conditions: тенгиз 28/28 0 links
