компания "китайская гражданская инженерно-строительная корпорация в республике казахстан" requirements: 5+ of working experience in big infrastructure or mining projects financed by word bank, ebrd or abd (roads, railways, bridges etc) experience in projects under a fidic contract environment (or similar conditions of contract). advanced knowledge of construction engineering processes, means and methods. expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. understanding of all aspects of the construction process. advanced level of english language (chinese language is an advantage) experience in budget and risk control of construction projects experience in preparation of technical documents and application for tender participation soft skills: highly responsible, accurate and good communicator. time management leadership decision making conflict and crisis management hard skills: project management skills hr skills knowledge of autocad, ms project (knowledge of abc-4 is an advantage). strong knowledge of ms word, ms excel, ms outlook. other necessary programs for planning and implementing project responsibilities: coordinates tender process; preparation of technical and estimates parts for tendering process; liaises with subcontractors’ team to ensure that the specifications and quality standards are being achieved and adhered to in line with contract conditions. liaises with clientchr(39)s team engineers and subcontractor engineers in resolution of quality problems, design issues. reviews subcontractors work method statements and engineering deliverables as required. plan, conduct and report project audits. keeps project team informed of changes. effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors. resolves and/or escalates design issues, qa/qc issues in a timely fashion. liaises with authorship supervision and technical supervision. supports project teams for technical, design, quality issues. helps with compiling documents required for take over. prepares all required qualified reports and documentations. prepares and conducts any required trainings and presentations. provides leadership and directing activities of employees of engineering department. implements measures for improvement of performance of engineering department. performs field inspections of the works and materials as required. reviews and approves subcontractors’ as-built documentation as required. we offer: stable and competitive salary plus bonus. professional development. medical insurance. corporate mobile. long-term partnership; diversity in career path and working directions; personal approach to each employee; work experience in international construction corporation; foreign and local environment to grow and improve yourself; team buildings and other office events;
