компания "китайская гражданская инженерно-строительная корпорация в республике казахстан" we have vacant position for road construction engineer, who has relevant working experience with word bank, ebrd or abd financing projects of road construction. company is ready to provide very good working conditions and support. skills and requirements: · 5 year’s relevant experience; · language skills: kazakh (fluent), russian (fluent), english (intermediate) · personal skills: attentive to details, negotiation skills, team worker · minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; · knowledge of international and local design and construction codes/regulations/standards; · experience of implementation of similar size and type project (civil engineering—road design and construction supervision and management); · experience of implementation of road projects in kazakhstan or cis, as well as internationally. job description & key responsibilities: · analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, or other topographical or geologic data. · inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. · estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. · provide technical advice to industrial or managerial personnel regarding design, construction, program modifications, or structural repairs. · direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction. · monitor construction activities, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental regulations. · manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site. · prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, or property and right-of-way descriptions. · test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel. · conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess potential project impact. · identify environmental risks and develop risk management strategies for civil engineering projects. conditions: -stable and competetive salary plus bonus -work place is in kyzylorda, with frequent trips to almaty -work is on target road project -insurance included -work in stable company preserving long-term partnership -interesting work on big project
