Financing Analyst

компания "universal еnergy (qazaqstan) (юниверсал энерджи (казахстан))" the position is responsible for managing projects financing, mainly in controlling budget/incurred costs of project. the position shall communicate with contractors from time to time to understand the status of construction and collect acts from contractors to make sure all construction in process can be capitalized after completion of the project and also meet the requirement from bank’s technical advisor. the position shall have the ability to explain all project costs reasonably and logically to financial institutions when project is proceeding financing. responsibility: 1) budget planning; 2) project costs supervision; 3) contracts management; 4) contractorschr(39) acts management; 5) project performance controlling; 6) preparation of business plan and all related documents for bank financing; 7) assisting financial department for work related to bank financing; 8) after loan management requirement: bachelor degree, finance/accounting or related major preferred experience in technical advisor (like verus) for similar financing project preferred english proficient in writing & speaking good communication skills proficient in office software 3 year experience maximum as accountant or auditor or any related experience with our industry or bank financing key competence we are expecting is: -high efficiency -highly motivated -quick learning ability. conditions: work in almaty - 5/2
