Head of Network Management

компания "тойота мотор казахстан" toyota motor kazakhstan is seeking for head of network management. ideal candidate will develop toyota and lexus dealer network in kazakhstan and kyrgyzstan in order to maximize competitive advantages of the brand. job duties: develop and strengthen partnership with dealer network; prepare and implement long-term network management plan according to corporate sales and aftersales plans; participate to dealers appointment decision making; prepare and maintain actual retail standards for retailers and repairers; develop and implement new retail and service formats in order to rapidly react on market trends; secure dealership facilities compliance with actual retail standards; maintain timely dealership agreements prolongation in order to secure smooth operations; manage network sales and service capacity in mid- and long-term perspective meeting new/used cars sales and service traffic objectives; prepare and timely updаtеtraining policy defining network staff training and certification standards; secure continuous training process throughout the network; organize national skills contest; develop and maintain comprehensive transparent dealer performance evaluation process managing network risks, performance improvement and driving motivation; manage network staff administration in toyota systems; provide dealer employee engagement surveys; search, sеlесtand maintain relations with suppliers/agencies necessary to secure department related processes; prepare and manage budgets; motivate and develop department staff. requirements: higher degree, preferably in business management; strong leadership, people management experience (min 4-5 direct reports); proven record of franchise network management experience, automotive is advantage; experience in dealer/partner operations improvement; knowledge of strategic management, project management; strong communication and presentation skills; capability to communicate effectively with dealership principals and shareholders; business planning and analysis; fluency in russian is a must; basic kazakh is required; spoken and written english, advanced level is a must. work conditions: challenging tasks work in team of professionals and mentoring from top management strong corporate culture based on continuous improvement opportunities for rotation and career growth competitive salary + social package comfortable dream office corporate car
