компания "pricewaterhousecoopers" job purpose to provide first level user support. to monitor and maintain some parts of server and network infrastructure. to report to the it manager about help desk activities and infrastructure support. role and responsibilities provide an efficient and effective 1st line support service to company staff. keep accurate record of problems in servicenow database, to allow for accurate reporting and developing of knowledgebase. manage the workload & prioritize daily tasks according to urgency level; resolve the common issues based on the team knowledgebase and own experience; manage and maintain company’s it infrastructure escalate unresolved, untypical issues as well as those which will take excessive time to resolve to the application experts and 2nd level helpdesk; achieve assigned kpi levels. knowledge and skills required higher education in computer science or information technology fluent english good communication skills ability to work under stress good knowledge of ms windows 10/11 and ms office applications knowledge of windows server operating systems, active directory, networking technologies, cloud technologies, computer, server and networking hardware, google suite, power bi, wmware workspace one is an advantage
