Education Program Manager

компания "международный технопарк it-стартапов «astana hub»" the it export development office by astana hub and strategeast is looking for a passionate person with experience managing educational programs. the candidate should be able to manage and execute an ambitious educational agenda in kazakhstan in collaboration with top universities, ministries of education, it schools, and world-famous it companies. our candidate is an experienced, ambitious, and self-motivated professional who knows how to develop and implement highly effective, focused, sustainable and scalable education projects. education program coordinator works to accomplish students enrollment and training goals of the it education program. responsibilities: - manage it education program vouchers; - coordinate communication and relations with the training providing it schools; - assist students in applying and registering for training programs > studentchr(39)s support; - coordinate activities of universities to adapt training programs to the needs of big tech companies; - manage all aspects of project planning and quality implementation; - oversee day-to-day coordination and delivery of project activities in line with the program implementation plan and full coordination with project staff and national and local authorities as well as other partners; - work with the finance and grants team members to provide financial and technical management to ensure the best use of resources by preparing sound budgets, monitoring project expenses, and ensuring timely submission of financial reports to the donors; - search for universities to implement it training programs; - cultivate and maintain relationships with universities (technical specialties) to attract (invite) students to it educational program; - conclude memorandums of cooperation with universities; - conduct activities and communications to increase the awareness of it educational programs; - coordinate the universitieschr(39) activities to attract students to the program as per kpi-s; - manage studentschr(39) databases; - prepare progress reports; - any other duties the organization’s management assigns to enable and develop related educational programs. skills: -proven track record in educational programs management and coordination -methodical and strategic thinking -excellent communication skills -project management skills -records maintenance skills -knowledge of grаntsystems -strong writing skills-english and russian level b2 and above location: almaty, kazakhstan employment type: full-time
