компания "международный технопарк it-стартапов «astana hub»" it export development office by astana hub and strategeast center for new economy is looking for bigtech companies coordinator who will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with tech industry companies to outreach the kazakhstan it industry. an ideal candidate is an energetic, highly motivated & self-driven professional with a background in business, administration/management, communications, marketing. we are looking for someone knowledgeable about the it industry worldwide who has work experience in it professional associations & organizations, international non-profit organizations, and tech industry companies. the bigtech coordinator perform a vital role in establishing high quality bigtech - it school - student partnerships that contributes to development of kazakhstani it specialists. bigtech coordinator works collaboratively with partnership managers in silicon valley and poland. responsibilities: - conduct it market research in cooperation with marketing specialist of the tech companies in kz and worldwide; - develop and execute plans for strategic development of partnership with tech companies; - cultivate and maintain relationships among tech companies, it export development office, it schools and students of it schools; - promote kazakhstani it specialists, benefits of presence in kazakhstan by holding presentations and meetings; - identify tech industry needs and requirements (preferable specialities, subjects, skills); - assist in generation of tech pipeline concerned to kazakhstan; - attract big tech companies to kz and promote opening r&d centers (field offices); - negotiate contracts with strategic partners; - answer partnerschr(39) questions about terms and conditions of registration in kazakhstan; - support in field offices registration; - apply for raising funds (scholarships) for it educational program from bigtech companies; - searching for new training providers among tech industry companies; - prepare progress reports; - any other duties the management assigns to enable and develop it export-related tasks. skills: - methodical and strategic thinking - excellent communication skills and networking aptitude, negotiations - strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport - good time management skills - knowledge of tech industry companies worldwide - strong writing skills - effective presentation skills - english and russian level b2 and above - business development experience will be a plus location: almaty, kazakhstan employment type: full-time
