компания "recruitment boutique s.m.art" emerging markets specialist with relocation to switzerland advisory and asset management company is looking for an emerging markets specialist to join its fast growing fixed income business as an emerging markets analyst/portfolio manager. the team has a total return mindset (no bеnсhmаrk) and invests globally across capital structure using both derivatives (rates, credit, options) and cash instruments. an ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysis of emerging market sovereigns and ideally a track record providing recommendations for long (experience with shorts a plus) investment ideas that have contributed to superior riskadjusted returns. experience with analysis of financials (banks and/or insurance) is a plus. the person will have the opportunity to shape the emerging markets investment framework for the firm and to gain experience in managing global unconstrained fixed income portfolios. job description• generate independent, informative and accurate analysis of economic and political developments and prospects in the emerging market countries under assigned coverage (global em)• develop deep understanding of the drivers of the valuation for credit and rates (experience with em fx is a plus) markets and identify catalysts for regime changes or repricing• work with the senior pm on the day-to-day portfolio management (positioning, risk exposures, guidelines), monitoring, rebalancing and hedging• contribute to the wider cross-asset allocation of the firm требования an ideal candidate will have:• minimum 3 years of experience covering banks (insurance a plus) in credit research (rating agencies, buy-side, sell-side desk analyst or syndicate/risk)• degree in economics, finance or any of the related fields (completed or partially completedcfa designation is a plus) from a top university with top grades• strong quantitative skills (coding is a plus)• ability to work within a small team• desire to build a best-in-class emerging markets debt investment process
