компания "кревель мойзельбах" responsibilities: defining and implementing a sales strategy at local level, leading and developing supplies in close co-operation with other departments of our company, e.g., supply chain, marketing and field force; finding and identifying key business decision makers from our customers. establish long term business partnership relationships; promoting our products in line with the country sales growth program in the russian federation while operating within expense budgets and controlling costs; being fully accountable for sustainable sales growth, margin results and penetration activities at accounts; building trust with our customers and colleagues and maintain the highest level of integrity while building long-term relationships with customers and establishing yourself as a trusted, inspiring sales leader; pro-active work with customers in the frames of new orders; planning and leading of commercial negotiations with potential and current accounts at all levels, e.g., advising our customers on the range, prices and terms of delivery, quotations and commercial contracts preparation on supply of our products; controlling the payment of orders by customers; fully understanding the requirements of the pharmaceutical market: monitoring, collecting and analyzing of the current situation in the pharmaceutical market, monitoring, analysis of competitors’ activities in the market and prognosis; preparing reports on all sales activities actively promote innovative products of the company into the market in order to secure krewel meuselbach’s leadership in the future supporting the management and the parent company in marketing the products (manufactured in russia) in the eaeu region. requirements: bachelor’s or master’s degree; minimum of 3 years hands-on experience and successful track record of b2b pharma sales; good knowledge of the market and customers; good command of english or german; strong communication skills; strong analytical skills; result oriented; ability to manage multiple priorities; ability to work in a team; advanced knowledge of ms excel readiness for business trips conditions: full-time working in a professional team; international environment; excellent fixed salary + bonus; mobile phone, laptop; medical insurance after successful completion of probationary period; trainings and development
