Head of Marketing

компания "таргсофт" argsoft team is building new saas products right now and we are looking for a head of marketing that can build the marketing department from the scratch to help our product grow rapidly. responsibilities: hire and manage the newly created marketing department team, set tasks and control their execution in a time-critical and effective manner; create, manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure results and work directly with the company management; overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity; create a wide range of different marketing materials; utilize experience and business knowledge to develop annual marketing plans as well as guide strategy & execution of key marketing programs; work with designers and copywriters to create a strong content marketing strategy for the brand; manage the team of inside and outside experts (in-house copywriters, freelance content creators, guest bloggers); work closely with the current marketing, sales, copywriting, design and management teams report weekly updates on progress requirements: 5+ years of online and/or offline marketing experience. proven track record of success in a marketing role or building a team. proven experience and insights for increasing sales leads in the us think differently and be able to "see the big picture." come up with solutions that are not always obvious. ability to solve business problems with limited directions; experience with creating a strategic marketing planning for 3-6-12 months and executing on it with tracking in place to prove results; ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision, and independently manage concurrent projects to timely completion; experience working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders; confidence in your ability and opinion but can also listen strong analytical and project management skills; upper-intermediate + level of english. we offer: saas product opportunity for professional self-development and career growth friendly team 25 days of paid vacation and more :)
