компания "mph vostok" projects coordinator mph vostok is a russian subsidiary of mph global services group dedicated to providing high quality and time efficient services and solutions of employment, recruitment, contracting, global mobility and talent management to key players in the oil & gas, power generation, petrochemical, mining, infrastructure and equipment production. we are looking for the projects coordinator to join our moscow team. this position will be responsible for assistance, support in services delivery for assigned clients/projects. key activities: taking part in communication with clients to understand their needs and objectives taking part in coordination of recruitment, mobilization activities for the assigned projects/customers taking part in documents collection, coordination between consultants and internal teams for payroll projects accountability for monitoring client work orders: maintaining data base, ensuring work orders to be kept up-to-date accountability for collecting activity reports from consultants involved in the projects, ensuring translations from/to eng interaction with the internal teams of the h.q. to ensure and support them in the provision of services in accordance with projects requirements and clients’ needs: interaction with the logistics team in relation to arranging business trips and relocation for the consultants involved in the projects interaction with the payroll team to ensure that invoices are issued in accordance with the project schedule and requirements interaction with the contract management team to provide them with required information inputs for contracts preparation competencies: higher education. 0,5+ years of experience in a similar capacity or can demonstrate equivalent experience in a similar role. problem solving and analytical thinking. a decision maker and solutions provider. ability to demonstrate client relationship skills. fluent english in spoken and written; french will be an advantage. ms office – proficient with word, excel, powerpoint. flexible and multitasking in line with day to day workflow. comfortable working in time-sensitive environment with clear client deadlines. conditions: work in the international dynamic environment. exiting, high-profile projects. competitive salary. competitive and achievable kpi/ bonus structures. additional medical insurance. meals allowance. flexible working hours. work place – comfortable office in the very heart of moscow. please note that this position is not restricted solely to the responsibilities listed above and that the job scope and responsibilities are subject to change.
