компания "prime property group" bbf: (formerly prime property group) is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in cyprus and greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. property group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a senior procurement manager in limassol. main tasks and responsibilities: expand the supply chain and drive the best possible commercial terms for the business. support during pre-acquisitions, analysing current supply chain agreements, establishing potential suppliers and the high-level operational costs to assess the viability of a purchase. provide effective leadership and development of the inventory, supply chain and purchasing operations across all businesses within the group. lead high-level contract negotiations with major global suppliers to minimise currency or freight cost fluctuation risk. ensure the accurate maintenance and periodic review of operational inventory, supply chain and purchasing systems data. streamlining transport, storage and logistics. ensure an appropriate procurement strategy is established for each procurement that achieves best value and meets external and internal regulations requirements for the position: degree or qualified through experience in supply chain management or similar is a must. extensive purchasing background with a multi-national environment at world class standards. proven track record in a supply chain role, ideally with group or multi-site responsibility. proven strategic sourcing, influencing and negotiation skills. must be able to communicate supply chain objectives clearly and convey the benefits to the management. financial literacy and proven commercial acumen & the ability to develop and monitor budgets english and russian languages are required, greek will be considered as an advantage what do we offer: five-day employment, monday to friday opportunity to live on the island of cyprus, with sunshine all year round walking distance from the beach competitive compensation package career perspectives within a fast growing business environment training opportunities and experience in challenging projects interested candidates are kindly requested to submit their cv in english language
