Senior HR Business Partner, Technical stream (IT)

компания "c-executives" обязанности: senior hr business partner responsible for all human resource activities for the it stream (4000 ppl). drive the alignment and execution of the human strategies and plans that find, develop, retain employees and enhance their contribution to the business strategy and needs. provide consultancy, assistance and follow-up on corporate hr policies, processes and practice. support day-to-day hr issues arising in the technical stream, including ad-hoc employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, staff grievances issues. restructuring of the department structure. implementation of career models and new assessment schemes. member of the company’s hr function based in hq, moscow требования: agile project management; experience of working with high-performance teams within the it industry; experience of working with 3000+ people; proven generalist operational business; partnering experience; experience of working within a matrix/complex organization; strong communicator who is able to differentiate their approach to match audience requirements, and a confident ability to substantiate their views; team player & able to work on own initiative; comfortable with change & ambiguity as hr evolves across the business; excellent interpersonal skills; listens as powerfully as they talk; a genuine interest in helping the business to be successful and enriching our employee’s experience; fluent english.
