компания "it-hunters" duxgroup is a flourishing igaming company that has been operating since 2017. we started in cyprus and opened another office in sunny malta further. currently, we have around 250 people in our dynamic team, and we all work closely together like a family to achieve our goals. we believe in our teams and provide them the best environment and tools in order to fulfil their potential, as well as professional and personal growth. we are now actively looking for a senior lawyer to support us in all legal aspects related to the business. main responsibilities: dealing with corporate, financial and tax law of foreign countries (mainly anglo-saxon countries), including involvement of local lawyers; structuring the financial flows of a group of companies; providing legal support to the company on matters related to employment, immigration and personal data protection law; participation in the incorporation of foreign companies (search for contractors, negotiation and monitoring of corporate procedures); drafting new standard contracts, both local and international, and reviewing counterparty contracts; preparation of corporate documents of the company; risk assessment based on a combination of identified factors; registration of gambling and advertising licences and trademarks; supporting the opening of accounts with foreign banks and payment systems. skills and knowledge required: university degree in law (preferred specialisation: international, corporate, tax law); experience in igaming/betting; experience of working with international licensing bodies in terms of obtaining igaming - licenses; experience of at least 6 years; excellent knowledge of international tax law; fluent english; experience of working with european countries; experience in international banking; experience of working with foreign controlled companies will be an advantage; responsibility, attentiveness, communication skills; multitasking, analytical thinking, ability to work with large amount of information. we offer: decent pay; opportunity for career advancement; friendly and super fun team; work schedule 5/2 (flexible start of working hours); relocation opportunities are discussed with each candidate individually. do you think you are the best fit for us?we’d love to hear from you!
