компания "эйчтитипул" about httpool httpool, an aleph company, represents the leading digital media platforms across europe and asia. it supports their growth as well as drives business results for traditional and native advertisers across 30 markets. based on an innovative set of technology and performance solutions, seasoned vertical teams, and extensive market know-how, httpool enables advertisers to connect with their audiences in the most efficient and effective ways, consistently maximizing their rois. leading media platforms including twitter, meta, linkedin, snapchat and amazon and many others appointed httpool as their exclusive ad sales partner across selected european and asian markets. main duties and responsibilities: performing all activities related to operational bookkeeping; performing all activities related to processing accounting documents; issuing sales invoices, posting purchase invoices; posting payments; reconciliation and subsequent tracking and reconciliation of company purchases, sales and payments; preparing bank payments; tracking bank movements and balances; preparing cash flow statements; preparing payment proposals; calculating and posting accruals and provisions; preparation and posting of payroll, and related social security and income tax; filing of related returns with the nra; preparing accounts receivable and accounts payable reports; entering and updating vendor and customer data into existing erp system implemented; verification of accounting entries and vat ledgers; preparation and submission of vat and other tax returns; preparation and submission of reports and data to tax and other authorities; preparation and submission of regular statistical reports, including for the bnb; preparation of internal and external ad hoc reports; responsible for reconciliation of accounting data in the monthly financial report to sales data in the implemented group crm system salesforce; participate in the monthly and annual accounting close process - for local and group purposes, and submission of all related reports to group and local institutions; communication with auditors and other external parties; communication with group controlling and submission of required reports. mandatory education and qualifications required: university degree in accounting; knowledge of kazakhstan accounting and tax legislation, ias and ifrs; english language - good communicative written and spoken level very good microsoft excel skills (v-lookups, pivots, etc.) experience with erp systems is a plus. previous experience in a similar role - minimum 3-5 years, preferably in an international company. personal qualities: digital data skills and attention to detail - essential advantage; ability to work autonomously; good work planning skills, problem solving ability; energetic, flexible and proactive approach; good communication skills, team working skills; ability to deal with deadlines.
