компания "филиал ооо китайская национальная химико-инженерная строительная компания №7" responsibility: review and check electrical documentation for low, medium and high voltage systems developed by engineering contractor against russian/european standards perform (manually or by computer) and check electrical calculations, including power loads, cable sizing, heat trace, lighting, lightning protection, earthing, etc. prepare technical documentation for procurement of equipment and materials participate in technical bid evaluation of provided quotes, vendor documentation review participate in technical specifications development coordinate and develop 3d models for electrical scope and participate in 3d model/constructability/serviceability reviews with client support engineering contractor team to eliminate comments from expertise organization of design documentation for capital construction facilities and reconstruction work and collaborate with other disciplines participate in site visits requirements: master degree in electrical engineering at least 5 years experience in oil&gas industry or power industry experience in design of low, medium and high voltage electrical systems for industrial facilities, including substations and overall system design and arrangement, equipment selection, proper calculations, relay protection, power management system, operating power system and secondary circuts experience in work with vendors/suppliers knowledge of international electrical codes (iec) and russian regulations knowledge of autocad, etap, aveva e3d good english-speaking skills (upper-intermediate) conditions: contract as per rf labor code work in moscow office schedule: regular 5/2 week, from 9 am till 6 pm voluntary medical insurance policy
