Project engineer

компания "ventra" our client is oil and gas company. the are looking for project engineer. location-yuzhno-sakhalinsk responsibilities: responsible for engaging client resources from outside the sakhalin projects organization (spo) as required to complete projects consistent with their objectives; coordinates development of project bases and plans in collaboration with supporting functions; leads project team (pt) in applying project management system and ensures smooth transition between stages, coordinating interfaces; ensures gate / checkpoint deliverables meet emcaps quality guidelines; plans and supports gate / checkpoint reviews and ensures associated recommendations are implemented adequately; monitors and appraises engineering contractor’s work, performance, and progress; coordinates engagement, review, and input from client into project technical, execution, and cost & schedule bases and plans; administers and enforces contract provisions; manages and stewards associated project kpis for safety, quality, cost & schedule performance; establishes issues management system, including key issues; implements and manages issues to resolution; maintains administration of overall moc system; reports progress and issues to projects, ops tech, and operations management; ensures lessons learned are applied and captured; approves contractor / vendor acts of acceptance replace project manager during his absence, accountable for overall planning and execution of project work scopes and management of their safety, quality, cost and schedule performance; fulfill other duties as required and determined by department in accordance with applicable rules and regulations requirements: experience in management of epc contractors or work in similar role for epc contractors preferred strong analytical and computer skills upper- and intermediate english language knowledge conditions: contract via ventra voluntary medcical insurance social package
