компания "adecco russia" our client is an international trading company. responsibilities: contribute to creating/maintaining good customer relations and ensuring smooth sales team operations; daily communication with clients: order processing, relevant documents, order status, shipment forecast (telephone/e-mail); processing of requests in sap: sales order, proforma inv, delivery notes, etc; management of master data in sap: new customers, discounts, prices, new p/n, etc; maintain an organized excel database: proforma invoices, reservation, shipments, discount types, credit limit control, pmnt terms, additional approvals of individual terms and approaches, etc; review/monitor pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer experience. customer claims processing with the following successful dispute resolution; regular communication with hq /italian office to forecast a list of potential orders with detailed specifications, deadlines, and other terms and conditions; liaise with finance/accounting department in order to achieve accuracy in invoicing, receivables, other papers; with logistics department in order to handle correct and on-time dispatch; provide required data and reports on a daily/weekly basis; constant reporting to general manager. requirements: university degree; more than 3 years of work experience in sales support/ customer service; clear understanding of customer service practices, sales principles, and main accounting procedures (accounts payables and accounts receivables); knowledge of sap (mandatory); strong excel skills (mandatory); fluent english (spoken and written) is a must; analytical and multitasking skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills.
