JOB OVERVIEW We are a FIT-FACES Academy founded by Natalia Broberg. She is an expert in natural beauty and helps people get the opportunity to preserve their youth without Botox and Fillers. Our Academy offers a number of online courses and an online store with beauty products. We are looking for a Virtual Social Media Assistant who will grow with the Academy and change people's lives. Responsibilities: Email support (passwords, subscriptions, cancellations) Check and respond to DM, FB Instagram messages Simple Graphic design - emails covers and covers for youtube videos (upon demand) Schedule emails in ActiveCampaign (design and schedule) App support and updates Simple Video editing Adding subtitles on videos Post Shorts on Youtube Repost from IG to FB Manage online-store Manage Failed Payments Post reviews on IG Requirements: Fluent english (spoken and written) Social Media experience Proficiency at Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Canva, Veed pro, Google drive Experience in photo and video editing Basic knowledge of Passion.io, Clickfunnels, Zappier, ActiveCampaign is a plus Solid communication skills Customer service orientated Attention to details Proactive approach to work Learn quickly and have a positive mindset What we offer: Competitive salary (possibility of a performance bonus) Possibility of remote work from home Diverse professional experience Ability to grow with the company Flexible working hours Working for a legit fast-growing company
