компания "antal russia" our client is a fast-growing and developing production company based in lipetsk, russia. the vacancy: executive business assistant (ea) to ceo (expat). location: lipetsk, russia reporting directly to ceo, ea provides executive and administrative support to him. ea serves as a liaison between ceo and top-5 of the company in terms of daily management and general operational issues. ea organizes and coordinates agendas, follow-ups, reports of the strategic and operational meetings, manages all operational meetings with top-5 on a regular basis. ea is a member of the management team and oversees special projects on behalf of ceo. ea will provide analytics, corporate/market research, relationship management and act as eyes, ears and hands of the ceo. обязанности: as ceo will take care of promoting technical excellence in the company, validating strategic decisions and controlling that the results are meeting the expectations, ea will be responsible for daily management in general and in administrative issues in particular. the key function is to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the company in cooperation with top-5 business leaders. требования: excellent command of english knowledge of french language – would be a plus extremely cartesian mindset (highly analytical, pragmatic, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills) high organization skills being a “doer” good communication skills fast learner (needs to understand the complexities of business, the business landscape within and outside the organization and all the stakeholders involved) professional chemistry with ceo and one-on-one dynamic условия: competitive salary + annual bonus (up to 3 salaries) obligatory relocation to lipetsk (package is provided) mobile phone, laptop, office in the city center with a personal parking slot paid sick-leaves, vacations, business trips medical health insurance
