компания "crif" it manager the candidate will join the it team that has the responsibility to manage business critical services. the it team as service owner will be first support level. candidate will be able to understand business requirements, monitor health status of the service and perform day by day activities. candidate will involve supplier and colleagues from worldwide team in escalation processes. the candidate should have professional skills: must have: working experience on windows server based environments windows server 2016 installation and troubleshooting active directory and dns management iis configuration and troubleshooting hyper-v management and troubleshooting remote desktop technology knowledge except the “must have” the candidate must have at least 2 knowledge between the “important” and the “nice to have”. important: knowledge and management skills of oracle rdbms it is recommended to gain the following skills: database performance tuning, advanced troubleshooting using enterprise tools like oracle enterprise manager basic knowledge firewalling and networking familiar with backup software policy and disaster recovery procedures nice to have: knowledge and management skills of linux os (redhat enterprise linux) experience in high availability and mission critical architectures confidence with the security issues and performance analysis in an enterprise distributed environment knowledge and management skills of remote storage and storage area network knowledge and management skills of ssl certification processeschr(39)s ownership related to: application management service monitoring service documentation support escalation sla monitoring personal skills: good communication and relational skills strong attitude to teamwork good analysis and troubleshooting skills good english language written and spoken
