компания "гесс? сиайэс" it is a position for maternity leave substitution. approximate time is 1,5 years. purpose of the job the purpose of the job works is to ensure that all the inbound operations are performed to meet business requirements in terms of purchase order, shipping, custom clearance and delivery at warehouse. core job responsibilities 1. import process- daily support to custom broker with providing of additional info for shipments, communication with supplier departments- support in daily communication with custom broker- daily support with preparing of informational letters to custom- collect, hold shipments documentsexpress shipments documents checking 2. warehouse- control of new shipments acceptance at warehouse, work with claims- informing supplier regarding discrepancies in shipments discovered at warehouse- daily control of local hubs movements in\out, support in discrepancies- daily communication with 3pl warehouse regarding discrepancies- control after acceptance of old season goods to warehouse. control of stock of old seasons warehouse- monitor and control of replenishment of consumables at warehouse- take participation in preparing of inventory in warehouses: local hubs, old seasons 3. distribution- daily control after delivery of goods to stores, warehouses in russia, kazakhstan- order of transportation to stores, warehouses- control after orders for transportation prepared by stores. support 3pl provider and stores with communication- support with problem situation with deliveries to stores, warehouses- daily communication with 3pl provider regarding deliveries- control after not delivered boxes. preparing weekly report 4. wholesale support- order transportation to wholesale clients by request of wholesale department- control after delivery to wholesale clients. support with disputes on delivery 5. e-commerce- daily communication with stores regarding preparing of orders- daily communication with e-commerce- support stores with returns required qualifications - high school diploma/ university degree first level - at least 3 years’ experience in logistic, experience in inbound logistic will be a plus - experiences in e-com and shipping from the store will be a plus - good english - good knowledge of office package - good organization skills, ability to priorities, bright and positive attitude conditions: - competitive salary - ability to grow in the international company - contract according labor code - ability to grow in the international company - office location in the center of moscow - medical insurance - discounts for brand product
