компания "nordgold" functionality: in the meantime there are a lot of different ad-hoc projects and tasks related to bi dashboards and data analytics, ranging from simple dashboards to data science hypotheses testing. if you like to dig deep into the data, you will have a lot of areas to work with, as we are the data-rich business: geological data, mining equipment telemetry, fuel and lubricants, laboratory, scada etc.; you will work with internal clients ranging from company coo to mine site specialists; sometimes you will need to go to mine sites for a week or two – but it is up to you to decide whether it is required and for how long; we have a minimum level of bureaucracy, flat organizational structure, and friendly culture (both in hq and the mines). we expect: stem or economic education, >2 years of experience in business analytics and/or bi; high autonomy and good multitasking skills – a lot of various sized projects to work on at the same time; project management skills – a lot of work can be outsourced to external / internal developers; usually it is good to make a quick proof-of-concept solutions while on site, so we expect certain level of hard skills related to data (at least basic sql and powerbi). if you know other tools (like python) – even better!; fluent russian, intermediate english, french is a plus. we offer: salary + annual bonus (based on kpis results); social package: vhi + the ability to choose an option for a year from the list: paying for food, paying for parking, fitness compensation, attaching family members to vhi. learning english/french at the expense of the company; it is possible to combine ofiice&remote work.
