компания "крафт машин" job description craft is seeking a qa and training specialist to join our financial team. the role is focused on onboarding and training financial data specialists who will be joining our team in belarus, lithuania, and india, as well as performing quality assurance of their work and providing timely feedback on the results. the financial team at craft is engaged in curating and validating financial data and content relating to companies and industry sectors for publication on the craft.co website. in this role you will: participate in the process of new employeeschr(39) onboarding and training in accordance with the existing plan ensure accuracy and efficiency of newcomers’ and existing employeeschr(39) work by doing regular qa (quality assurance) and communicating feedback to the team identify issues and gaps in the onboarding process and drive improvements review and evaluate new hires’ performance and assess the training effectiveness identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed wechr(39)d love to hear from you if you have: excellent written and spoken english (b2+) strong computer skills, e.g. experience with spreadsheets (e.g. excel or google sheets) experience with financial statements ability to prioritize tasks in a constantly changing environment experience training people and/or doing qa of their work would be a plus personal attributes: ability and willing to perform monotonous work desire to learn and share knowledge with others to foster their growth
