компания "лаборатория касперского" job purpose: the executive search function operates with large data sets related to different markets, industries and functional areas. the challenge is to bring a balance between current activities, decrease time-to-market for key projects and free up resources for process development and new projects defining.the role is here to provide specialized market research and project management support. main responsibilities: proactively participate in executive search projects on an international scale, with close collaboration with colleagues globally. conduct project specific research, analysis and evaluation of market information through different external sources and internal databases. prepare internal client documents on project basis, including pitch presentations, progress reports, candidate profiles and mapping reports. participate in job profiling, position specifications and search strategies development based on internal client requirement. systematically identify target companies and candidates. continuously develop internal database both quantitatively and qualitatively. contact executive managers and industry insiders when needed to gather insights about industries, companies and candidates. involve in knowledge management projects as well as in comprehensive cross-functional initiatives. requirements: university student and graduate not earlier than 2023; you can work at least 30 - 35 hours a week (preferably between 10:00-18:30); strong english verbal and writing skill; excellent communication & organizational skills; teamwork player.
