Digital Sales Back Office Manager

компания "лаборатория касперского" kaspersky lab headquarters is looking for an employee to join sales back office team. this person will be responsible for a big part of operational and management work including relationship with major online partners; online catalogue setup, management and optimization; assistance in different types of testing; resolution of customers’ issues and maintenance of documentation. responsibilities for this position include: maintain and optimize digital catalogues; controlling of approval processes; coordinate processes with ecommerce partners and local digital sales teams; expand digital catalogue support; assist with testing of various it services; coordinate resolution of various issues, provide incident reports and track dynamics; automate existing ecommerce and it services and processes related to digital catalogs; create new and updаtеexisting internal documentation on the processes and scenarios related to digital catalogs; coordinate operational activities including prioritization, task-setting, timelines, optimization of the process. job requirements: interest in ecommerce / online business / software development good organizational skills and attention to detail is a must readiness to work in a multitasking mode, cooperate with cross-regional virtual teams strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills english – upper-intermediate knowledgeable in technology strong analytical and logical skills basic understanding of html is a plus
