компания "бест юнион" nu air worldwide company is looking for responsible and initiative general manager (dubai). we provide guests with best tea & hookah services including staff and equipment. requirements:- operational management of company;- budget planning, execution of profit and turnover plans;- goods accounting, organization of document flow, control of cash discipline;- monitoring of compliance quality and service standards;- personnel management (organization of adaptation and training);- development and implementation of new standards and services, improvement of existing software and technologies for the provision of services;- development and implementation of a marketing strategy to increase customer traffic.requirements:- experience in launching and running a similar project;- experience in optimizing and building effective work processes;- financial literacy, knowledge of the necessary regulatory documentation;- personal qualities: focus on results, punctuality, attention to details. - mandatory working experience in sales not less than 2 years - mandatory working experience & knowledge of laws in uae - good knowledges about big chain of hotels & resorts and in hookah industry conditions:- salary based on the results of the interview (fixed sum + bonus based on the results of work);- work visa;- full-time;
