компания "бест юнион" nu air worldwide company is looking for active and initiative director of operations (dubai). we provide guests with best tea & hookah services including staff and equipment.responsibilities:- conducting commercial negotiations with clients- personnel management (check personnel at work, shifts scheduling, monitoring activities, improving the level of services provided)- purchase of tobacco and related products;- analyze of financial and competitive risks;- reduction of financial costs;- finding ways that will help to increase the profitability of business and reduce the costs of its operation;- building operational strategies;- improving the competitiveness of a company. requirements:- work experience in the hookah industry or restaurant with hookah service for at least 2 years;- fluent in english and russian- responsibility- punctuality conditions:- salary based on the results of interview- full-time- working visa- contract
