компания "отель renaissance minsk" renaissance minsk hotel is searching for a talented and motivated event coordinator to organize outstanding and unforgettable events. you will be responsible for every part of event preparations, such as communicating with clients, approving menus, developing seating plans, and evaluating success afterward. what you will do: communicate with clients on a daily basis and present the hotel facilities. identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event. respond within 24 hours to any event request checking space/rates in the system and communicate to respective manager for further follow up. prepare all typed materials like proposals, contracts, change forms and all other inter-departmental forms accurately. prepare beos - banquet event orders and ensure they are issued and distributed in a timely fashion. communicate client requirements in a timely and accurate manner to all internal departments as required, ensuring delivery of superior guest service. work closely with banquet department to ensure all aspects of the event have been cost effective and serviced both clients and hotel needs. tour, inspect and monitor banquet rooms and presentations. arrange and manage familiarization / educational trips in line with business needs. follow-up with sales manager to obtain/confirm all event-related information in a timely manner. maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code. participate in daily business review meetings, sales meetings. requirements: a sound educational background that involves a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management, or any related field. great communication skills, which require the event coordinator to interact effectively and efficiently with clients and personnel. good presentation skills to sell the hotel facilities. self-management and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain composure during high-level events, and also to identify and tackle issues that may arise during events. fluent english is a must! what we offer: work in an international company in the international team 5/2 stable schedule (8:30 am-5:30pm) and regular salary ongoing training and development free meals friendly young team of professionals + other corporate bonuses
