компания "кикерт рус" responsibilities: participation in the acquisition and management of complex global development projects from the customer order to the successful start of production management of interdisciplinary, international project teams management of global customer relationships for the individual customer groups responsibility for compliance with project kpis/project milestones in terms of costs, deadlines and quality implementation of escalation management in the event of deviations/risks occurring in the projects regular presentation of the project status to the top management degree in industrial engineering or a comparable practice‐oriented education participation in international and interdisciplinary project teams from the acquisition phase until the end of serial production support of standard measures for cost optimization and budget compliance perform design / tolerance calculations requirements: knowledge of the requirements of iso 9001:2016, iatf 16949:2016 several years of professional experience in engineering / program management in the automotive industry strong assertiveness as well as very good communication and persuasive skills experience with development processes at several customers is an advantage strong assertiveness as well as very good communication and persuasive skills fluent spoken and written english, another foreign language is an advantage willingness to travel internationally creation of cad 2d (drawings) and 3d models of individual parts and assemblies good knowledge of pc ms office – excel, word, outlook, etc. ability to work in a team
